I walked in on Monday 5 September and I did all of my 24 teeth and I fly back to London on Friday 9 September. Doctors and welcoming- 10/10. Painless treatment. Elegant and professional. PRICE IS UNBEATABLE. All in all my life changed in 5 days. I can smile I don’t hide anymore. No matter where ever I live this will be my dental place every time I need them. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

My time at Megadentist was amazing! The team was so welcoming and attentive. The translator was fantastic, and the dentist was not only professional but also thoughtful, even giving me a small gift. Waited years to finally get my teeth done. Finding a place to get the work done wasn't the easiest part. So when I came accross Zirve Dental marmaris I was truly delighted. I had 4 implants and 15 crowns. The staff are really helpful and always willing to listen. Big thanks to Gumsa my dentist she was a lady to deal with. Made me feel at ease at all times. The whole experience was excellent. It was all completed in two visits. I did have to return a third time as one of my implants came loose. Again the service was exceptional and was sorted out with little fuss. At no extra cost. I would highly recommended this clinic and the staff to anyone who's considering dental implants or crowns. Also the cost was very reasonable a fraction of the cost in Ireland.

When my wife and I arrived, Cesar picked us up at the airport in Yuma and provided us with free lodging! A room that is behind his home, securely gated, that made these two Oregonians feel safe! My wife thought she needed to do an All on 4 both top and bottom but even though Cesar's office would make more on that particular procedure, being a dentist of the highest integrity, he explained that all she really required was 5 implants. WOW!! Half the cost! His prices were fair, and he was flexible. So good, in fact, that I decided to have two implants done on the two missing teeth I had while we were there. Cesar explained each step of the work to be done, answered each question with a depth of knowledge, and his dental facility was immaculate and fully sanitized. On par with anything in the states. His staff was fantastic attending to all of our needs, acting like our personal taxi service, down to stopping by a local grocery store and waiting while we picked up a few items for our room! Jean acted as a translator because my high school Spanish was limited at best. Jean even filled out the forms for our insurance company. There are probably hundreds of dentists to choose from in Los Algodones. Look no further...RUMO DENTAL is the ONE!! We will be back in March to finish having the posts and zirconia crowns done.

Me and myself have just came back for a 5 day smile make over with this clinic And we cannot recommend enough. I was very scared and my dentist was Dt Merve and she was so patient with me and so lovely. My husband dentist was Dt Oguzhan And again he had a really good experience. Everyone was so kind to us, and the clinic was lovely! Our patient Co ordinator Danielle was so sweet as well, and helps me so much with my nerves, being English that helped too as sometimes she could translate. Anyone that feels unsure about going to Turkey shouldn’t be, I would much rather go there than any English dentist. Can’t thank the clinic enough

I'm so satisfied with the services of this clinic. Everything is so clean and modern. Doctor is so specialist and their colleagues are polite and friendly. I have pulled out my wisdom tooth recently and I have a good memory from doctor and personnel and also very easy and professional surgery. Thank you all guys. Dr Guillermio Marquez Reyes is amazzing. Befor I became a nurse I was a Dental assistant so I sort of knew a few things. He has saved my teeth, and improved my bite. I sure wish could find a doctor I have as much faith in as I do in this dentist. If I move across the country I will still come to see him. He has been my dentist for amost 15 years.

I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.
