A certain amount of uncertainty before visiting an unfamiliar dental clinic in Merida proved to be unfounded. Before the treatment, Even I thoroughly researched patient satisfaction based on reviews on the Internet. I can only agree with the many positive reviews. Four implants were prepared and inserted, everything fit perfectly. There were no complications or adverse effects.

I read the reviews and took a lot of confidence from the transparency in the approach of Dr Laura and the team. Having never visited the clinic we both went in blind but I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr Laura enough. We spoke on the phone and messaged prior to the treatment and once we got started it was top class from day 1 to day 5. I received 3 implants and 24 veneers over 4 sessions in 5 days and the transformation has been amazing. Everyone I have met since has been very impressed by how natural my veneers look and they would never know they were not my original teeth and I’m not sure there’s a higher compliment than that. I’ll choose to fly here and visit the clinic for any further treatment rather than seeing my local UK dentist.

I made an appointment for a crown but over time my tooth had cracked and was very painful. The dentist explained that the only option at that point was to extract the tooth. The procedure was seamless and everything was explained to me thoroughly. They even picked me up at my hotel for the appointment!

Even though I live in Texas I have traveled several times over quite a few years to this Dental Clinic. I consider Dr. Monica Sheddon an outstanding Dentist and have always gotten superb treatment. This has involved many types of procedures, including, extractions, Crowns, cleaning and implants.

This clinic listened to my concerns and wants. Gave me a few options, we talked through money and scheduled a time. They were very accommodating and professional. Every question about my stay was answered and given options. The office was very professional and nice and clean. The overall product was great and they know what they are doing. From the techs to the Dr to the assistant everyone treated my concerns with respect. After the procedure, they sat and talked about care of the veneers and my teeth. I am happy and ready to go back for my check-up.

I normally have my IPL and microdermabrasion done by Sara, who is such a sweetheart, very friendly, attentive to my needs and always ready to go beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and always advise what best suits you. I am a very sensitive type of person and make things a bit difficult at times but Sara is always patient and has a beautiful smile to comfort you. She is top-notch and excellent in customer service. I recently had some extensive dental work done by Dr Kole and her team; 4 teeth replaced and veneers. I am so pleased with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean, and the staff are lovely. I'm not a fan of dentists but I would highly recommend this practice, they were patient, understanding and very accommodating. Excellent value for money.

I was recommended Dr. K.Bakeer, and I am glad I was! The assistants and the front desk were always nice! Whenever I was on the chair, both the Dr and the assistants always made sure I was good and comfortable!

Dr Mendoza did my work. I had six crowns and six implant's. It was a lot of work to have done in two days. Dr Mendoza got the job done, he stayed past 4:00 to finish things up. I will be back if more work is needed. Thank you for a great job.
