The Therapy Room in Athy Co. Kildare is a counselling and psychotherapy clinic founded in 2020 by Eileen M Higgins, an experienced and accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Eileen offers compassionate and person-centred therapy for clients dealing with issues such as abuse, addiction, anger management, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth.

At SOL Therapy we provide a face to face counselling service in locations in both Meath and in Dublin 8 while also providing counselling to clients countrywide via an online platform.
