It was a life learning experience and I am so grateful that I did thisCarina, Ireland, 12 02 23

I attended CBT with Justine in 2022 for social anxiety. I had been to CBT before, but I never got the changes and to really deal with my anxiety as much as I did with Justine. The way Justine presented CBT each week really helped me to understand how and why I was so socially anxious. It was a life learning experience and I am so grateful that I did this.

Truly genuine and I felt real empathy at all times from himRory, Ireland, 17 08 20

In Q1 of 2020, I had multiple counselling sessions with Mr Aidan Lakes. I had previously been to two different counsellors over the years and I can genuinely say with all my heart that I got the most benefit from my talks with Aidan. I am always a little nervous when I go for counselling for the first time but Aidan very quickly made me feel at ease and created a non-judgemental environment to discuss any matters I was dealing with. Aidan is truly genuine and I felt real empathy at all times from him. Aidan is an excellent listener and he used his very keen emotional intelligence and counselling skills to help me process a lot of pain and issues I was dealing with. A number of months of passed since I have last talked with Aidan and I still find myself reverting back to the conversations we had to help process any matters I am dealing with on a day to day basis. I cannot recommend Aidan highly enough and I will be forever grateful for everything he has done for me. Thank you, Aidan.
