I would highly recommend Allan. He’s really nice, easy to talk to and really helped me a lot. He was able to pick up on things no one else ever had in the very first session. He’s very good at what he does

I feel so relaxed and in such a better mood after coming out of the sessionsEmma, Ireland, 13 04 21

I am so thankful I met Siobhan, she changed my life! I have never been so thankful to meet Siobhan. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so caring and has stayed by my side right through my difficult times. Siobhan has thought me brilliant techniques to do while in distress. I have attended Siobhan's sessions since October 2020 and since then I have become the person I have always wanted to be, and I cannot thank her enough for being the person who helped me along. She creates such a nice atmosphere from the moment I enter the room, I was nervous for my first session but that quickly went away as I talked to her as she made me feel so comfortable. I have a long road ahead of me but I couldn't be happier that it's with Siobhan. I look forward every week to my sessions with her and I enjoy them so much that the hour-long session feels like it was ten minutes. I feel so relaxed and in such a better mood after coming out of the sessions. I feel I've created such a good bond with Siobhan that I am extremely grateful for. I highly recommend Siobhan!

Life can be difficult at times.  Life events such as bereavement, divorce or job losses can cause you to become anxious or depressed.  You may have experienced trauma in your past which is still causing you pain today. Perhaps you are coping with a loved one's addiction or other mental illness.  When life is challenging it can feel as if you are just existing from one crisis to the next.  It takes courage to admit you are struggling and need help to cope. Talking to friends can help but sometimes you might need something more.  Family and friends can struggle to remain objective in the face of your pain and distress. Talking through your difficulties with a trusted therapist in a confidential, non-judgemental setting allows you the space to gain a clearer understanding and acceptance of yourself and helps you to make changes and decisions that enrich your life. My practice is located in Sallins, Co. Kildare where I offer one-to-one therapy with individuals aged 18 and over. I have day time and evening sessions strictly by appointment only.

It was good to do the work on myselfBarry, Ireland, 11 10 23

CBT therapy for anxiety. I liked how this therapy challenged me. Justine’s CBT helped me to take responsibility for myself. It was good to do the work on myself. This is not the type of therapy for wasting time and if you are not committed to do the work on yourself. It paid off for me.

Reality Therapy  is a therapyapproach helping clients learn about why they have made the choices in theirlives, understand what motivates their behaviour, and learn how to take backcontrol of their lives.  Learning how to make more effective decisions andchoices in our lives helps to free us from feeling controlled by others, or insituations where we feel helpless. This therapy is a framework for lifeproviding tools for individuals, couples, children, and teachers, helpinganyone having trouble with a relationship in their life, be it work, personal, family or a neighbour. Therapy offers someone the chance to be heardin a non-judgemental, private and confidential setting. The therapist whilelistening walks with the client in their shoes, the client sharing theirexperience of what is troubling them in life. Therapy flows at the pace thatsuits the client - what the client is ready and willing to explore and share. The therapeutic relationship is the trust that builds between client andtherapist to enable the client to explore their emotions, thoughts, feelingsabout the past, the present, and their future. This therapy approachis called Person-Centred and isnon-directive and usually longer-term psychotherapy. Helping someone to unlockdeeper rooted issues, maybe experienced a trauma or feeling emotionallytraumatised, or are unhappy or unsatisfied with their life, but unsure exactlywhat direction they need to take.
