My name is Maureen McCabe and  I set-up Aquarius Health Clinic in Salthill in 2005, and in 2015 I set-up a further clinic in Ballinasloe, Co Galway to help to cope with the huge demand for therapy in the west of Ireland.  I have worked as a Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor for over three decades both in the UK and in Ireland. I have an MA(Hons) Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I am also qualified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural  Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), Medical Hypnosis, and Bereavement Counselling. Marie Keegan is a qualified psychotherapist based in Galway, Ireland, offering counselling services for adults. With extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Traumatology, and Grief and Bereavement, Marie offers personalised care for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma. I have a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work in an integrative way and use different counselling styles and modalities in my practice depending on the client's individual needs. Clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, sexuality issues, relationship difficulties etc can benefit from counselling.  I also work with children from the age of 12 and adolescents. Children and adolescents can present with anxiety and identity issues as well as other difficulties. When I work with minors I will have an initial intake session with the parents and will continue to involve the parents in the process and will meet regularly with them.
