About Michael

Michael has completed 4 years of psychotherapy studies, through which he has undergone numerous hours of personal therapy as part of the training to understand how it is to be a client, and has extensive experience working with different individuals and presentations. Outside of psychotherapy, Michael is an accomplished swimming teacher with 7 years of experience and has a real passion for helping those in need.

Michaels Approach

I base my work on creating a strong therapeutic relationship and through applying certain skills individuals will learn to get in touch with their real selves, and develop more understanding of their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, motives, and purposes with the intention to become in essence their own therapist.

Message to clients

The challenges that bring us to therapy can sometimes overwhelm us, leading us to feel lost or as if we're fighting an uphill battle. Seeking therapy can often be a worthwhile step in learning to manage these issues, gaining a greater sense of control over one's self and life, experiencing more overall balance, and developing a more positive outlook.

The journey within can often be very frightening but encountered within a safe space and with a little courage, it can be of true value.
