Michael is awarded a graduate diploma in integrative counselling and psychotherapy by Dublin City University (DCU) and a diploma in integrative clinical psychotherapy including CBT (TPTI). He is affiliated with the IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy) and adheres in full to their code of ethics. Michael provides a strictly confidential counselling and psychotherapy service in English as well as in German. Michael's approach to therapy is humanistic, person centred and integrative. Integrative means that Michael is trained in different modalities of counselling and psychotherapy such as Gestalt, CBT, Psychodynamic and Psychosynthesis. WEDNESDAY AVAILABILITY With expertise in the various fields of mental health and well-being, John is available for psychotherapy and counseling.  If you're experiencing such difficulties as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, severe addiction, obsessions, anger management, paranoia, psychosis, identity crises, sexual dysfunction, loss & grief; then John will be able to work with you.   As a member of the Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland, John practices a unique form of psychoanalysis during these sessions. The sessions uphold privacy and confidentiality which are paramount to the treatment. How does psychotherapy work? All that is required is to speak as openly as possible about any thoughts, feelings, ideas and even dreams that come to your mind. How long does it last? It is a big step for anyone who decides to go to see a therapist. There is no quick fix to therapy. It is up to you to determine how long you would like to complete the work. How often should I go? In order to benefit from the therapy, once a week is preferable. Otherwise it is up to you to decide. Therapy can be costly in general. How much is it going to cost me? Donna holds professional qualifications in psychoanalysis and provides psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents. She received training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Espace Analytique, Paris and also holds a certificate in Art Therapy. She has further qualifications in Irish Theatre, Irish Literature, Nursing and Montessori Teaching. Her areas of expertise include working with diagnoses of depression including post natal depression, anxiety disorders in children and adults, self harm and eating disorders in adolescents and young adults.
