Elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), psychodynamics, bodywork, developmental psychology, existential psychotherapy and a person-centred method are used in her approach. Jo believes in psychoeducation and nourishment; enabling and empowering others to understand and narrate their own lives. The aim of therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to achieve autonomy at their own pace.
