Biography:
He is an accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor and has worked in private practice since 2001. He received a Diploma in Counselling from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Psychotherapy from the University of Sheffield. He has also completed extensive postgraduate training in Gestalt therapy with the Dublin Gestalt Centre and internationally with Bob and Rita Resnick of GATLA. He has a Diploma in Supervision from the Dublin Counselling and Therapy Centre. Stephen has also done extensive further training in many areas including Group Facilitation, couple counselling, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, sexuality and sexual orientation, sexual abuse, and sensorimotor psychotherapy (Level 1). He works with a wide range of issues that can arise for individuals both within the workplace and in personal life. Many of these issues can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, panic, low self-esteem, confusion, relationship difficulties, or negative behavioural and thought patterns. Stephen works closely with individuals at a deep level to help explore and understand the issues underlying these feelings. He is particularly interested in working on issues around relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, and in existential issues such as living a more meaningful life, He also works with couples and with therapy groups.

Biography:
He has successfully completed his B.Sc.(Hons.) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI college and is a fully accredited member with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P.). In addition to his training in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, which allows him to adapt to the therapeutic style that best suits the client, Mark has specialist training in all aspects of substance misuse and addiction, including alcohol, drugs, gambling and sex. He has trained and worked with the Rutland Centre facilitating a weekly abstinence-based aftercare group providing support for clients in recovery from addiction, including family members affected by addiction. He specializes in the area of sexuality and sexual orientation, and in relationship issues, loss and bereavement, illness (including HIV and Hepatitis), depression, anxiety and personal development. He has a number of years experience working one-to- one with adolescents and their primary carers and is presently completing a postgraduate diploma in play therapy with the Children's Therapy Centre.

She trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork Therapist with the International LRT and has been in full-time private practice since 1989. She also trained extensively in bodywork, specialising in Aromatherapy and Body Harmony and is an accredited healer with the Annwn Institute where she trained with Dr. Ruth Doherty. In 2005 Brenda trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Levels 1 and 2) for the treatment of trauma, attachment and early childhood development issues. She works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Brenda also has a particular interest in working with life changes, psychological recovery from serious illness, bereavement, and the challenges of elderly care. Brenda has a lot of experience working with performance artists. She is a workshop facilitator and trainer and is a founder member of the Rebirthing Psychotherapy Association.
