This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme. I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. I received a very prompt and helpful response to my initial enquiry. I gained the impression Humed International were professional and confident of their product. They answered my questions clearly and gave an indication of price which seemed reasonable and much cheaper than private treatment in UK. My enquiry did not progess - only because against the odds NHS came up with a date for treatment I chose to accept. Without the surprising intervention of NHS, I might well have continued this enquiry. Issues I would have insisted clarity upon were : Post operative care, physio capabilities, accomodation, transport and immediate medical care such as stitch removal and fever control. I will never know if Humed were a proper alternative to care, NHS or Private, here in UK but my first impressions were good.
