The treatment we had was removal of genital warts. We sought private health care after not being able to get satisfactory treatment on the NHS. The treatment was also under local anaesthetic, so pain-free.

The clinic was brilliant from the first phone call to the end result. We could not be happier. Lovely people, lovely location, and most of all, brilliant treatment. All the staff are friendly and experienced.

I had a wart on my head, booked to get it removed. Saw the doctor and gave me the best option to get rid of it with minimal risk of infection. I had mine surgically removed. Very simple and painless experience.

Chose this clinic after research and finding a number of quotes. Quick, painless, and simple. Location great, professional environment. Tea, coffee, and water available. Would definitely recommend if you have a wart that you desperately want removed.

I started my treatment on Wednesday. Within twenty-four hours, the treatment started to work after a number of weeks in pain with eczema and not been able to do normal activities. I can now actually say I'm finally starting to get in control of my eczema, although there will be a number of months of treatment. The process has started.

Overall experience; From the first call in arranging the appointment with Ethos London, you genuinely felt they cared and could get results. My appointment was for 11:30am. On arriving, I was greeted at the door. From the moment you enter the clinic, you know there is a good working environment and professionalism. Since I arrived about 11:15am and filled out the form, which takes about five minutes, I was then called to see the doctor. A brief history of my eczema, and then a full check of my torso where the eczema is mainly the worst. The doctor (dermatologist) went through each step of how we could treat the eczema, and what medication I could use and the process. Overall, the doctor (dermatologist) was excellent. After the consultation that evening, I received a full report on my consultation, which to be honest, I never expected to receive such a detailed report. The overall experience was, in one word, professional. I know the treatment will take a number of months and it will take time, but I know that with the way I was treated last week, I have chosen the right clinic. Dr. Sheth has been great. I had acne treatment. My GP was so dismissive of my problem. She kept giving creams that didn't work, and I have spent thousands on useless treatments and clinics. I came to see Dr. Sheth. He really listened to me and cared. I wanted laser treatment, but I really appreciated his honesty when he told me that laser can be good, but it wasn't the right thing for me. He gave me some new tablets, and at last, I am on the right track.

Nice location. Bad coffee. Friendly receptionist. Slightly annoying music. They could change this; there was no sign for Ethos Clinic, so it was hard to find, but it was good when I got there, so I can't complain!

Went to see Dr. Sheth. He was so helpful. My GP was totally dismissive of my acne and just kept giving creams that didn't work. I've spent thousands on treatments at other clinics. I wanted to see Dr. Sheth about lasers. He was patient and really wanted to help me. Most of all, he was honest, and actually didn't try to 'sell' me lasers. I had some new tablets which are really helping, and at last I feel I am going in the right direction. Thank you.

Clean, efficient. Friendly receptionist. Bad coffee. It's in a nice location, but it's not signposted properly, so I couldn't find it. But it's OK once you get there. The music they play could be a bit better!
