I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.

Diagnosed with Achilles tendinitis. My physiotherapist had explained everything very clearly from the likely cause and purpose of the treatments and exercises she gave me.

I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

I had a severe pain in my Achilles tendon, which kept recurring after each game of golf. Despite trying several ankle supports and other pain relief creams I could not cure it. However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!

Good experience. I had rehabilitation for more than 4 weeks. The treatment was good. I am hoping to get better in the coming weeks and months. I feel it was good value for money. I choose this clinic because I was convinced it was the right one. They treated me very well right from the time I arrived at the airport till I was taken back to the airport. The staff have very helpful. They seem to know their jobs well. I wish to come back and continue my réhabilitation

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

I have been dealing with chronic pain on my neck and shoulders for years; through these years I've tried all sorts of physiotherapy treatments that dealt with the pain for a while, but it always came back. About 4 months ago I found The Cottage Clinic and this TECAR theraphy (completely unknown to me at that point). I was sceptical at first but thank God I gave it a go! I had neck pain for a couple of years and Lisa worked on me over four appointments and I haven’t had any pain since. Lisa is very professional and knowledgeable and explains everything first which leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable. What a fantastic journey! We were clueless when my uncle had a stroke. Fortunately, we found this location. Mr. Rush has a vast amount of expertise about stroke rehabilitation. He helped my uncle become more dexterous and balanced. Mr. Rush's approachable and supportive manner provided my uncle with a great deal of comfort. My uncle's recuperation has advanced remarkably as a result of his help. We heartily recommend him!
