I had been struggling with an extremely uncomfortable caesarean section scar for nearly 5 years, to the point where I looked into surgery! I could not bend or stretch without experiencing burning, stinging, itching etc, basically feeling like I was ripping in two! I had quite a traumatic delivery and so the painful scar was just a constant reminder of the things that had not gone to plan. My scar was also very angry looking and hard to the touch. The skin broke open regularly, adding to the misery for far too long. I saw an advert for Scar treatment with Jo Dyson and although I was as nervous as anyone can be, I went along for my first treatment and can honestly say that I haven't looked back! After just 1 session I was able to bend, squat, put my socks on (things that I have not been able to do since my C Section in 2014). I have since had 2 more sessions and I can honestly say it looks and feels like a completely different scar already! My only regret is that I hadn't found this treatment and Jo Dyson sooner. I would certainly highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with uncomfortable/painful scars.

I was hospitalised due to my back problem and was advised I needed physiotherapy. I tried getting in touch with the NHS but couldn't get an appointment. I was recommended to Stefan, who is based in Eckington, and I'm so glad I went to him. He has helped me enormously, and I am back to being fully functional. He is very professional and knows his stuff, and worked wonders for me, of which I'm more than grateful for. He has a good rapport with his clients and makes you feel at ease and does his job well.
