I particularly like the personal approach of the staff and the facts they listen to what I say when I attend for treatment. I always feel better when I leave and not pressured to make further unnecessary appointments. I highly recommend this practice and even at 68 years old attend the Pilates classes to keep supple.

Cliff is a real treasure of an osteopath. Someone who I totally trust to work on my body (I'm a real fusspot about who I go to). I've been fortunate to receive sessions from him since 2011, and cannot rate him highly enough. Dedicated, sincere, knows his stuff...and knows a lot more stuff (he's clearly knowledgeable about all sorts of health issues)...with a great sense of humour which makes the whole experience enjoyable. My body feels all in tune afterwards. And I love the new garden clinic, such a beautiful and peaceful place.

Given an appointment the same day with Paul, physio needed for back injury acquired when lifting, diagnosed with pulled muscles. Paul got me gently moving my back and showed me exercises that were achievable at home. Went in struggling to stand, and left feeling so much better! Highly recommend the clinic, dealt with me with empathy and compassion. Forever grateful for good value for money treatment. My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them.
