I would happily recommend them

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

My mother has been having treatment from Ruth. I find that the professionalism as well as the friendly yet good quality service that she receives from Indergaard I would happily recommend them.

Ruth makes certain that she understand both what she is doing, why and what needs to do in between sessions. As an elderly person, it is important that things are explained and I have been very impressed with Ruth she treats Mary really well and is a very understanding physio. Thanks, Ruth.

Fix you for the long term

Physiotherapist Consultation

I've seen Ove on a number of occasions over the years for various complaints in various parts of my body, every time he's discussed my movement and injury history and assessed my current movement status; he's and then got to work rectifying the situation. Currently I'm suffering from Plantar Fasciitis which he has linked to reduced mobility in my ankle joint and limited muscle control in my foot. Ove is a 'thinking' Physiotherapist, he wants to fix you for the long term not just provide short term pain relief. He aims to address imbalances and macro and micro movement nuances that are contributing to your discomfort. His explanations are always very clear and he gives you simple movement homework to do. In my opinion this is vital, one cannot expect to fix an injury or imbalance with a once a week treatment and taking ownership of your recovery certainly makes you feel good. I hope I don't need to see Ove again, however putting my aging body through some tough training sessions on top of a busy lifestyle I very much doubt this will be the case. I know when I do next have to visit Ove he'll be 100% committed to fixing me and improving my movement patterns and actions. Top bloke, top physiotherapist.
