Chris is a brilliant and empathetic therapist. I’ve used numerous physios over the years. None of them have had Chris’s thorough and scientific approach to diagnosis or his caring and careful ability to explain where my pain is coming from and how best to deal with it. In my most recent episode of chronic back pain, Chris has helped me learn how to manage and live with my pain (thankfully now very low level) and enabled me to regain full physical activity. Thanks a million, Chris! 100% recommended!

Louise quickly and accurately diagnosed my severe sciatica problem and recommended a course of treatment and exercises that has left me pain-free and able to manage the symptoms should it recur. A very professional and friendly service that I trust and would use again.

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendly. I have serious back and hip issues and it is very important to me to be kept as physically fit as possible with good, consistent physio, exercise and advice. This is exactly what I get at Physioflex. I have a first-rate physio in Majka and she has done wonders for me. The exercises and massage are just right for me and I intend to continue going even if my pain levels subside.

This review is from the point of view of someone who drives the patient, my sister, and waits for her in the waiting room. The staff at reception are very warm, and welcoming and make me feel comfortable. My sister's chiropractor, Sarah, is obviously very good as the difference in my sister's mobility and level of pain is very apparent and is a great relief to see.

Sarah has taken the time to discuss the problem. Thereafter, she developed exercises and strategies to assist in the rehabilitation of my back. Great work Sarah!

Martin was excellent, professional, asked all the right questions and treated me accordingly. After many years of treatment elsewhere, this was the first time I actually was told what is causing the pain and now have exercises I can do at home to help me overcome the source of that pain. I've been using the clinic for a couple of years, my physio is Sarah who treats me for neck and shoulder pain, she's a really nice person and is good a what she does, she explains everything and does a great job. All the staff are friendly and when you phone they do their best to get you an appointment as quickly as possible. I recommend them to anyone who asks, it costs me £41 per session but they don't try to push you into more. There is also free tea and coffee so what's not to like!
