Welcome to Pilates Centre, Clontarf At Pilates Centre we are committed to offering the best in Pilates training. Enjoy our purpose built Clontarf studio, with exclusive state of the art equipment, where you will be in the skilled hands of our highly trained instructors. We offer Pilates Reformer classes on the Allegro 2 reformers and are delighted to be the only studio in Ireland with these brand new reformers! We also offer Pilates Mat classes for all levels and abilities. For those of you who like to amp up your workout we offer our exclusive Barre Blitz class, created by studio owner Anna, to help you achieve lean sculpted muscles.
Why Pilates Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. You will learn a combination of strength and flexibility movements that will improve your postural alignment and core strength.
What benefits should you expect? Pilates has become famous worldwide for flattening the abdominals. This is because the technique puts an emphasis on working from a strong core. If you continue to regularly practice Pilates you will find that you can reshape your entire body. Exercises are done with length through the body to encourage the development of muscles that are long and strong, helping to support your body more efficiently.
Pilates Personal Training One to one Pilates classes are a great way to get quicker results from your training. Classes are tailored to your individual needs with hands on instruction. Personal training is also recommended if you have an injury so you can work at your own pace and get familiar with what you can safely do. Movements will be specifically chosen and altered to accommodate any limitations. Personal training sessions are done in the studio in Clontarf.
Private Pilates sessions are 50 minutes long.
Prices
1-to-1 - €60 per session or €300 for 6
2-to-1 - €60 per session
more than 2 - €60 for 2 and then €25 per extra person.
Sports Club Training Pilates is very popular with leading sports clubs as it assists in the prevention of injury. Your players will become more aware of how their bodies can work safely and learn to support their limbs with an inner strength. The Irish Rugby team as well as some well known golfers, footballers, cyclists and runners consider Pilates as an essential part of their training. Just get in touch and we'll arrange a time for your team to come into the studio.The cost of this can vary and can be paid by the sports company or split between those attending the class.
