She put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by stepMartina, Ireland, 19 08 24

Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

Myofascial Release from €80
Myofascial release is a technique that we use in all of deep tissue and therapeutic treatments as well as in some of our other treatments. It aims to restore muscle and connective tissue to its natural resting length, free up adhesions and boosting blood and lymph circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage from €80
Deep tissue massage is slow, deep massage techniques focused on areas of pain and tension with the intent of re-aligning muscles and connective tissue/fascia. We explore the pattern of tension and pain to find what is causing the issue with the goal of correcting the imbalance and restoring normal function. We use myofascial techniques to achieve deep and lasting changes in the muscles and fascial systems. Deep tissue massage is a part of our   for pain, injury and limited mobility. Why choose deep tissue massage? to understand and reduce chronic painto understand and reverse limited and/or painful mobilityto speed up recovery from injury (whiplash, sports injuries, etc.)to treat repetitive strain injury/RSI (carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, etc.)to understand and reduce muscle tension or spasmto identify, understand and treat postural problemsto understand and reduce headachesto understand and reduce migraines

I am looking forward to my next treatmentAngela, Ireland, 25 05 22

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you Iwona, it is a lovely experience that I will always look forward to.

Osteopath Consultation
Stresses and strains can accumulate over time and symptoms may begin somewhat insidiously. The Osteopath works with structural imbalances that are present in the body to restore a state of physical balance. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health. Most people associate osteopathy with back and spinal care for which it can prove to be an effective solution for helping with associated pain. Mechanical problems in the structure of the body can not only lead to aches or pains in the joints, tissues, muscles etc. but it can also lead to disturbances in the internal organs and the way they work. Irregular function may impair blood circulation or lymphatic drainage, and disrupt the nerve supply to any part of the body, thus having a detrimental effect on health. Osteopaths use a wide range of “hands on” techniques to identify, diagnose and treat dysfunction in the body in order to restore the body’s structure and function to a state of balance so that the healing process can be accelerated, thereby improving vitality and general health. Osteopathy does far more than care for back pain and postural irregularities. It also deals with a wide array of issues such as: migrainesheadachesdigestive problemsperiod problemsrespiratory problemsvulnerability to infections due to a depleted immune systemIt has a calming affect on the nervous system and can help with fatigue, mood swings or depression, disturbed sleep. It can help people resolve emotional issues such as anger, grief, depression.
