What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I highly recommend this company in Turkey.

I had my gastric sleeve operation last December 2022. The whole thing went incredibly well. Sevim was very supportive and amazing throughout the 4 days I was at the hospital also communicating with me before and after. Her priority is to see the patient doing well. And she praises your improvements and achievements throughout the whole journey. She reassures the patient that everything will be ok. Her encouraging words are so soothing and helpful. That put my mind at rest. Dr Cenk is an outstanding surgeon and the nursing team provides you with excellent care and perfect service at all times. Since the operation, I'm still loosing weight however I’m feeling healthier, stronger and happier already. I already lost 15kgs in all. I honestly believe Dr Cenk and his team at the hospital did a superb job! The hospital is incredibly clean, you are made to feel comfortable throughout the whole stay and every member of staff goes above and beyond for you. All staff are so kind-hearted, caring and helpful. I’d highly recommend Dr Cenk, his team and this hospital for anyone considering this particular surgery. Travelled from Scotland to have bilateral knee replacement. Surgery went well no complications at all. The hospital is very clean and the staff were also very good. Only thing I did not like food to much but used the canteen. Sezen arranged everything and was so helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Bora as he did an excellent job. Scars are healing nicely. He checked on myself twice a day and answered all of my questions. Great surgeon Great service. I do not normally write reviews but on this occasion I thought it was appropriate. Operation done on the 20/08/2023. Thanks again.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery. I am forever grateful to him, I think his name was Cichostepski Dariuz ( please correct me if this is wrong) Finally, after my operation, I was monitored all through the night by a lovely kind nurse who checked on me and was only a buzz away, she was so efficient and kind I’m sorry I did not catch your name but thank you! Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Dr Fountzoulas operated on my broken elbow (olecranon) in December 2023. I couldn’t recommend a better specialist in orthopaedic surgery. I got back to almost 100% functioning in less than 1,5 months. Dr Fountzoulas has a solid medical background and I feel extremely lucky to have been operated by him.
