I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 18th of January 2023. From the moment of booking to all the way after my surgery, I can not fault the service provided by Dr Cenk, Sevim, and the whole team at Anadolu hospital. The instructions and guidance pre and post surgery were clear and the communication by sevim was first class. I travelled alone and was put to ease. The nurses were so caring. Sevim went out of her way to make sure my flight back to the UK was smooth and easy ( booked wheelchair service, highly recommended). Dr Cenk and all staff members treated me with respect and dignity. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 11kg. Highly Highly recommended Dr Cenk and his team. I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!
Mr James Lewis replaced my right hip 11 years ago and my left knee a couple of years later. He has now just replaced my left hip. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Each stage of the procedure is fully explained and having been operated on in the morning I was up and walking in the afternoon and home the next day. All pain has gone and my mobility is now excellent after only two weeks. Mr Lewis follows up after the operation and is happy for you to contact him if you have any concerns. Really looking forward to long walks again!
