We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

Dr Harry and his team are great. The hospital is nice and modern. Communication despite my coming from the UK was quick and in good English. Could be a little more by way of confirmation eg a formal email with how to prepare etc but maybe we are too big on that in the UK. The surgery went smoothly. There was an extra last-minute cost but the doctor split the cost with me which was kind. I wished I had a single room though and upgraded, I didn’t sleep as my roommate and her husband talked every hour of the night. There are no privacy curtains around the beds. Also, bring snacks!!! The hospital doesn’t feed you in the 24 hours after surgery due to the anaesthetic. So the only pain I remember is hunger! Everything else was great

Honestly, the whole process of egg freezing was so easy because of this team. They made it an easy trip and supported me on all levels. It started by me searching online for a trusted clinic and I found many clinics but this clinic gave me a call and explained to me every step in detail and answered all my questions. They explained it so well that you feel you are in good hands and understanding everything. I really had zero stress and everything went smoothly with me. Then they even helped me with my daily injections, at their homes even, when I couldn’t do it myself. This team is really excellent. I didn’t have issues with the injections. As a girl coming from abroad, I was a bit stressed before getting to know them but now it’s like even okay for me to repeat it! That much of a positive feedback I have about you .thank You !

I had a good experience with Dr. Bobotis at this clinic. He was able to start our appointment on time and was very friendly from our first contact. He also clearly explained my entire procedure and proved to be a reliable professional.

Dr Bazeos was excellent from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Extremely professional, great bedside manner, caring and thorough. We could not have asked for a better surgeon. The surgery went better than expected and the recovery is going well too. Feeling very grateful to have found Dr Bazeos, highly recommend it.
