After a few bad experiences with IVF clinics we heard about a clinic in Greece by common friends. There we met Dr. Duolotis, who from the first meeting, showed us a level of care and professionalism that we have not found elsewhere. He's been very proactive in suggesting tailored solutions to our specific issue, and we managed to get 4 embryos out of the process and now we're expecting twins.

Dr Ioannis Douliotis has been fantastic. I had ovarian rejuvenation with him following failed egg collections in the UK.

My wife and I are traveling to Europe specifically to see Dr. Ioannis Douliotis. You can read as many reviews as you want online but let me tell you, this doctor is the one that you want to see. I've emailed him with multiple questions a day before we've even flown to Greece and he would respond almost right away.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Douliotis. I got a IUD inserted today and was very nervous about the procedure. However, Dr Douliotis wasted no time and was swift, professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend.

I recently travelled to Athens for an embryo transfer with Dr Douliotis. Having failed treatment twice this was my last resort. Dr Douliotis was amazing from the initial consultation; the communication was prompt and advice was immediate at a press of the button. I have the most painless and amazing treatment by the consultant and the team at serum. They were friendly, kind positive and I would return again. I can thank them enough for coming with me on this journey. My pregnancy test was positive and I’m so excited but more so I look back and think I had a great treatment. The team the coordinated the transport from the airport were amazing and I stayed for a few days to enjoy Athens. The follow up following treatment was excellent with a clear structured programme but also help at hand from the consultant; it’s very person-centred care. I can’t believe they do this for all the patients they have. Great people and great care. The experience and expertise of Dr Douliotis was evident, his great kindness and very professional. I was treated by Dr Ioannis during 2018 for infertility problems where I received an IVF treatment. I have nothing but good words for the doctor with an amazing experience which showed on his skills and his professionalism but also the way he supports his clients spiritually, I would greatly recommend him.

We chose to explore the opportunity for IVF treatment with Dr Ioannis Douliotis at IVF Serum in Athens, much due to the good impression we got from the start of Dr Douliotis. This was based on his fact searching attitude. Where we have previously experienced other clinics to rely merely on statistical averages and provide general advice. Dr Douliotis was very keen to find out about the background to our problems with conception and pregnancy and investigate the specific reasons in our individual case.

In his investigation, he identified that our chances could be improved by a protocol to reduce sperm DNA fragmentation, as well as by performing a hysteroscopic surgery with implantation cuts. The diagnostic examinations Dr Douliotis performed to come to these conclusions were not even mentioned by other IVF clinics. Having undergone these treatments we are now encouraged by Dr Douliotis to try to conceive naturally through a few cycles before re-considering IVF/ICSI.

We have found Dr Douliotis and IVF Serum to apply a very realistic approach to each individual patient. He really devotes time and attention to his patients and his bedside manners are exceptional. As friendly and gentle as he is, Dr Douliotis will absolutely be very honest about his opinions and explain what he believes to be worth trying out and what he doesn't think is worth doing. He is particular about diagnosing the actual problems to ensure relevant treatment rather than just applying standard care packages.

It is also very easy to communicate with Dr Douliotis through both emails and over the phone. He is very quick to respond, and it certainly does help that he has such a pleasant personality. We are grateful to have met such a great doctor and it also should be mentioned that everyone we have met at IVF Serum has treated us very nicely and professionally. IVF Serum has a cosy, warm and homely atmosphere, and Dr Ioannis Douliotis fits in perfectly there!
