Visited Fife physio centre after becoming impatient while waiting for an NHS appointment. Best thing I ever did. I had been given 2 diagnoses for my knee. Finally got to the bottom of the problem here. Treatment started at the first visit. I've went from non weight bearing to walking in a matter of weeks. Delighted with the care. First class service I would recommend to everyone.
I had gone for knee surgery on 10/1/2020, after that, I was referred to Rehamed Therapy by my nephew who had been there before. His one statement convinced me to go check it out, he said I "will come out stronger than before " so I met Jorg, a man with excellent personality, knows what he is doing, I suppose being in the industry for over 30 years, taking care of national sportsman. They have a great team of physiotherapist and sports therapist always ready to assist. I had gone for therapy for 10 sessions before the lockdown, all I can say was my nephew was so apt. My whole body feels stronger and more agile. Would strongly recommend to anybody who is looking for therapy.
I recently had a gastric bypass and lost 8 stone I was very lucky to find this site just by searching online. I have to say I had lost a huge amount of muscles with the weight loss and decided to treat myself and see how my body was doing. I was unbelievably happy with the care and treatment I got from well experience masseuse and the feedback she gave me around my muscle loss and the encouragement going forward. I definitely will be going back for more, one of the best massage I ever had. Not only did she help my body to recover, she also made me stop and think about how in the name of god I got this far without probably looking after my self, mind, body and soul. It was as if she stopped the madness and gave me back the gift of life so if you don't mind, I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been to many places all my life looking for quick fixes for my mental health and a lot of things did suppress my inner demons. I do believe everything happens for reasons and how I got a particular date, time or place with the odds stacked against me, I can't explain but so powerful. She made me look into my inner self that day and I will be grateful for that the rest of my life. Miracles do happen if you let them. Kate Lewis is simply a magician! I went to the practice off of a very positive referral to see if they could help me with acute sciatica that was rendering me almost unable to move without squealing in pain. I had an appointment with Kate within 24 hours and after 5 sessions with her in a 3 week period, I was almost completely healed! Kate took her time during the first part of the first session to understand exactly where and how the condition had set in and was sympathetic with her first treatment, then progressively applied more techniques through the next sessions. It almost feels miraculous to be where I am after such a short period of time and I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. It took me over 50 years to visit a chiropractor and I will definitely make a habit of this now. Thank you, Kate.
