Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation.

Aromatherapy combines massage techniques together with essential oils from plants, to help restore balance in the body and help to improve physical and emotional well-being. The essential oils may be extracted from various parts of the plant eg. the fruits, flowers, leaves, grass, roots, wood, bark, resin and blossom. It uses the principle that strengthening the body’s own immune system is the most effective way to prevent illness and promote health and so help to restore the harmony between mind, body and spirit.
