I firstly got an Indian head massage a few weeks back and felt amazing after it, then today I got a Full body massage there is nothing so calming as the room Boguslawa has set up. My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

Danny helped me a lot with some issues I was going through. I found our weekly sessions very helpful and I came to really value that hour every Tuesday evening. It was like an oasis of calm in my week. I am in a much better place now and I owe a lot of that to the work I did with Danny.

Olivia is the best-skilled practitioner I have come across for counselling over the years. I came to her when I had a crisis in my life but I also had other issues that needed attention and help. Olivia was boundaries and calm and was very empathetic and understanding. I really cannot recommend her enough and I always felt so relieved and revitalised when leaving a session. I really do mean she is worth investing in.
