I had my hair transplant in Istanbul 3 months ago and was very happy with the treatment. Mali was very helpful, he was with me the whole time - from the initial phone calls to my departure from Istanbul. They transferred 4,200 grafts and looking forward to seeing the final results.

Made buccal fat pad removal and bullhorn upper lip lift. Very polite and professional doctor. I am satisfied with treatment.

I would like to thank Dr Nagian Akbas and the wonderful team. They have done me an amazing transplant moreover with a courteous attitude, very sensitive and doing the maximum. The clinic is very luxurious and new. The transplant is done at the Estecenter Hospital which is also new and very clean. It was very impressive and comfortable.

I first heard about Adem and Havva Mono hair clinic on Instagram checked them out on Bookimed and I also knew a friend who had been through their process and he looked good. I decided to ask for information. They were not pushy in any way and seemed professional. I sent pics and they gave me a costing so I decided and booked my flights and a travel date. I was met by my driver who was very polite and skilled. The hotel was a good 4 star that provided everything I needed for 4 day visit. On day one I met the team of three skilled surgeons and Manager all of which were very professional, extremely curteous and I had my own interpreter who was available every moment I was there. She was amazing in her care, professionalism and aftercare too. After consultation and chat about the procedure and where I would like the hairline to be I took their professional recommendation and we got started. The treatment got underway. Initial injections, collection of hair grafts from donor area. 5,000 small holes made to grafting area then a lunch break. Then the surgons carefully placed 5,000 grafts. From start to finish took about 8 hours, initially quoted for 3000-3500 grafts but they obtained 5,000 grafts and implanted into my bald area for no extra charge. The initial injections of around 9 I believe were painful but during the procedure there was no more pain. Half way through the treatment the welcome substantial Turkish lunch and coffee break was delicious. The procedure was long, which I was told it would be, and every 15 minutes my interpreter was there asking how I was. The transport everyday from Hotel, local 4 star, was always on time with a caring, responsible driver, even helping me into the hotel, with English speaking staff was so smooth. Free breakfast every morning with no embarrassment in eating with my head wrapped as there were three other diners looking the same as me. Ordering dinner from my hotel room was easy too. The next day I had a change of bandage then recovery for 2 days. Final day to have hair washed, assessment and plenty of advice given with medication, shampoos, etc, then drop off at the IST airport and home. The whole team was totally professional, well thought out and practiced with care. It left me with a feel good attitude and now that I am home I am delighted at how I now have new hair growing. Bit of itchyness but that is expected and they are forthcoming post-op with immediate advice and always there for me. If you are waivering whether to use this company for a hair transplant or not then read about my fabulous experience with them and go for it. They were truely amazing!

As of late, I went from the US to Istanbul to have my hair relocated done by Goldcity. I'm flabbergasted by the nature of the work and the incredible skill shown by all the staff. To start with, all the necessary data passed to the treatment and to the outing was painstakingly given sooner rather than later, with perfectly clear subtleties and not overpowering data. Second, once in Istanbul, the driving administration's air terminal inn center air terminal was faultless and consistently on time. Third, the interpreter accessible on location worked effectively making sense of and resolving every one of the inquiries I had in regards to the methodology and post-technique care measures. At long last, the medical procedure was performed by top-qualified staff. Up to this point, I'm very blissful and presently chipping away at my post-method convention/care. I had my hair transplant back in 2006 when hair transplant doctors still did the old "strip" procedure with the nasty scars, I have researched and found that Dr. Cole is innovative and had a breakthrough mastering a new technique called FUE where there are no visible scars. That is what I wanted, and I had an FUE session that provided me with a great looking hair after 12 months. nowadays all the doctors are doing FUE because of Dr Cole spreading this technique. he is still considered the master and most experienced FUE physician in the world, it's the best decision I made in my life!

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
