After my very long and sensitive research, I finally decided where I can have my hair transplant done, this candidate was Dr.Cinik. In August 2023 I was on vacation in Turkey and I used this as an opportunity to see the clinic in person and on site. I talked to Mrs. Cömert, she explained everything to me very warmly. I made my decision and we set a surgery date for September 29th. Immediately afterwards I paid the deposit, booked my flights and waited until the day of the operation. September 27th, one day before my flight to Istanbul, Mrs. Cömert called me and informed me about the transportation from the airport and important things I had to pay attention to. September 28th I was in Istanbul. I was transported very comfortably from the airport to the clinic. On that day I had an ECG test and blood test at the clinic. The whole thing took about 1 hour, then I went to the Dedeman Istanbul hotel by shuttle from the clinic. Hotel reservation was already booked for me. September 29th I was picked up after breakfast at 09:00 am. In the clinic I talked to Dr. Cinik personally for about 10 minutes and he planned the operation. The photos were taken, then I went to the operation room. The operation started at about 10:00 am. Mrs. Eylem was the team leader in my operation. She and her team were very professional, friendly and helpful. The operation lasted until 16:30. About 4500 Greft was implanted and I had almost no pain. I was back at the hotel at 17:30. That night passed much better than I had expected. September 30th I was picked up from the hotel, after the first wash I was informed what I should pay special attention to in the 1st and 2nd months. After everything was finished there, I was taken back to the hotel without a bandage. In the afternoon I was transported very comfortably to the airport and in the evening I was back home in Frankfurt. Mr. Cemil from Post Operation Team had contacted me the next days and he accompanied me through the sensitive phase. Today I am in the 8th week and already very satisfied with the results. I would like to thank Dr. Cinik, Mrs. Cömert, Mrs. Eylem and your team and Mr. Cemil from Post Operation Team. I am looking forward to the next months...

I'm writing this feedback so you guys can clear your minds. First of all, I did not think I would have such high tolerance to a cut because it is my first surgery but it went smoother than I thought. I started consuming solid food after 2 months and now im down 15 pounds. Everything was lovely, especially the little chats we had with my #healthfamily (that is why I call Linda and Helene) about life and music 😂. The process was faster than I thought and I'm really happy with the results. I got myself a new life and the prices were perfectly balanced. The nature I got to see was beyond pretty and assistants were hundred percent present physically and mentally. I felt like a princess with the way they took care of me and now im starting to look like a princess. Really satisfied with the results thank you Ares team!!

After searching the internet my friend found this clinic. The reviews were amazing but I was still nervous. Yagiz kept the correspondence reassuring. I have had 4 implants and 12 crowns so far. The clinic has state of the art equipment with a talented dentist and surgeon. Yagiz speaks very good English and has interpreted all the way. The transfers were punctual and Yagis is the perfect host. I am extremely happy and feel that my teeth are amazing so far. I need to return in January because I needed a bone graft and this takes time to heal.

My experience with the clinic was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent the staff was extremely kind... The clinic was very hygienic and nice. It's only been 3 months and the first results of the procedure is starting to appear, the outcome looks very good so far and am very glad that I made this decision. These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

They maintained professionalism while also being very amiable and warm during every interaction. Before the operation, Ali was in constant correspondence with me, addressing all of my questions and concerns. They took care of everything from the moment I arrived in Cyprus; I was completely worry-free and set up with everything I needed. They arranged for my girlfriend and me a 5-day stay in a gorgeous resort on the beach; for the entire duration in Cyprus, we were pampered and relaxed.
