I went to Liz after a recommendation from a friend and am delighted I did! Her friendly professionalism instantly put me at ease as we discussed treatment options and a plan for areas that were making me feel unhappy. I had treatment initially for crows feet and frown lines which I then followed up with some cheek filler due to losing fat pads with aging! My crepey under eye bags have always been the area I’ve disliked the most so then started with sunekos treatment which I’m now following up with Plasma BT - one treatment so far and the results are amazing already! Everything was very well explained; such a calming atmosphere through the treatments and after care is fantastic. I would not trust anyone else with my face now and am over the moon with the results from the last few months.

Was my first ever appointment, in order to have a family of skin tags removed. Natalie is an amazing professional, how she explained and how she made me so comfortable during the treatment was much more than I expected. I really enjoyed my treatment, plus was at a very very good price. The treatment room is beautiful and crystal clean! I will go again! Was such a treat!

I had several grown moles removed by Sandra a few weeks ago. One was on my chin and very unpleasant looking. The treated areas completely healed, and barely any marks left, however, the skin will continue to recover and more likely nothing will be visible soon. During the treatments, I barely felt anything. Sandra, took her time to assess the areas, to explain the treatment and aftercare. Also, made recommendations for products that work very well for my rosacea. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done! I will return to her and recommend her. Sandra is not only very knowledgeable but also very caring! I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

Beata is always contactable, highly professional and put me at ease with my scars, explaining the treatment options available (laser scar removal at different depths) and letting me choose the course of action and how many treatments/what products she recommended without being pushy.
