After neglecting my teeth for years, having been terrified of dental procedures, I became a patient of Dr Holden. I received reassurance and understanding and have always been treated respectfully. I don't think I could have found a better dental practice anywhere. The staff members are pleasant and polite and although I am still a little nervous, the standard of treatment is exceptional and this along with the pleasant and positive attitude of the team, gives me the confidence to keep attending.
I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.
Perfection from start to finish. Excellent qualified staff, dentists, nurses, reception, all lovely, polite, respectful. High quality practice with all the modern technology to hand. I chose K3 on word of mouth from friends who have had treatment & there outstanding reviews. There prices are very competitive & @ my consultation everything was explained to me in detail, what stood out @ no point was I pressured into any treatment, it was about my needs & what worked for me. I had a single implant which is perfect, so good I am now having further treatment @ K3. Friendly welcoming practice which I can't recommend enough. Outstanding from the outset! From first enquiry to book an advance appointment; analysis of bonding treatment needed to remove a previous dentist’s work and answering my many questions. I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable.
