The team had to give me the bad news that my implant could not go through as I wanted, and that I had to get a bone graft. But they were professional and had my best interests at heart and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and I will return to get my implant placed again.

I have a metal allergy but had many metals in my mouth (bridge or silver crown) before. I have been suffering eczema for about twenty years, and I came to think that it could be because of the metals in my mouth.

I decided to take out those metals and started researching. I have visited a lot of dental clinics including in Japan (I'm Japanese) to find the right place for me, until I found this clinic the most trustful, with skills, latest technologies and caring support.

With great and patient help by Dr Nalat and Dr Ice in this clinic, I could take out the bridges and silver crowns, and replace with zirconium implants and ceramics. Dr Nalat gave me all the information after research and gave me options so that I could know everything about the material and choose. Very informative, so I could always be sure about the procedures.

My husband and I sought out Dr. Nalat on our trip to Bangkok. I had a filling and my husband had X-rays, 6 fillings (some very deep) and laser whitening. We thought we needed far more work but Dr. Nalat thoroughly reviewed and as a result saved us a lot of money and discomfort, we would have undergone in Australia. We cannot praise Smile & Shine, Dr. Nalat and her team enough. Highly professional, knowledgeable, excellent advice and very gentle. My husband is very phobic about dentists and this was managed very well. They use high-tech equipment and excellent standard of practice. We found it helpful to get our hotel concierge to explain thoroughly to the cab driver where the surgery is located. After our first visit, we used the map provided by the surgery in Thai, to give to the cab driver. The receptionist called a cab when our visits were completed.

Wonderful treatment by absolutely amazing staff.

I had extensive problems with my upper teeth. During two visits three teeth were extracted, six front teeth bridge was made and installed and partial arch of 8 teeth to fill the sides of upper jaw was made and installed. All was done in two to three-hour visits.

Dr. Nalat is very accessible by email, Skype or phone and will provide you with cost, effective professional suggestions for a most effective treatment plan.

I contacted many dental clinics in Bangkok in advance before coming to Bangkok and provided a detailed description of my problems and requested to provide comments and suggested a treatment plan. Few clinics were very fast to respond back with an offer to send for my limousine, to meet me at the airport to take me to my hotel, but almost no one responded by addressing my real concerns. if you want to get a "free ride" on some limousine - good luck to you. I am planning another trip to Bangkok to do another even more extensive work on my lower jaw teeth that will require extraction of all teeth and installing implants and I for sure will be back to see Dr. Nalat.
