As an Australian, this was my first 'medical' treatment of any consequence done overseas. I had the usual reservations and concerns about this -all of which proved completely unfounded. I did my homework in deciding to be treated at BFC Dental. Not only did I save well over 65% (many hundreds of dollars) in the cost compared to home dentist quotes, but I felt that in doing so there were ZERO compromises in the standard of health care I received. Staff struck me as extremely well qualified, professional and competent yet wonderfully personable. Further, I would be hard pressed to find any fault with the facilities (first class equipment and clinic) or service (front desk, transport, etc.) They have absolutely won me over as a return customer and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was in Bangkok from 16th August to 24th Aug 2016. I have a rare case of tooth displacement I've tired many clinics around the world and was refused due to the amount of proper planning and preparation involved for the dentist. before I've visited this clinic I was in another clinic and had a bad experience.

On the 18th of August, I've made a phone call to the clinic hoping they would have an answer to my situation. On the very same day, they got me an appointment with Dr Chaleompon Pongsirisapapoon at about 4 pm AT BFC Bangna. The clinic sent a car to pick me up in the hotel i was staying at. During my journey, i was hoping for there would be a good professional dentist who would be willing to do my teeth as ive mentioned mine was a rare case.

When i reached there the first view i had was this place seemed like a actual dental clinic compared to the previous place i went to. Dr Chaleompon Pongsirisapapoon then attended to me and i addressed my problem to him and he immediately understood the problem i was facing and knew how challenging it was to actually give me a normal smile which i was dreaming about since i was a child. After a proper discussion with with co workers he then told me he can do it and also told me that he cant promise me a perfect smile but it will sure be better then before.

He was the first doctor who ever told me that he will work on my teeth and gave me hope. He then personally worked on a model on my teeth instead of sending it to the lab. i was extremely pleased of the model he showed me. I could see that he put alot of effort and time into it.

3 visits in the period of 5 days and they completed my teeth. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. The Staff there were highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. LOW Priced and no hidden charges.

I had the tooth whitening treatment. It cost 8900, and included in the price was pickup from the BTS station. I am very satisfied with service and treatment from the dentist, Khun Mongkol. My teeth got two shades whiter. In my case, I was very sensitive after the treatment for about twenty-four hours. Almost could not fall asleep, but it is different from person to person.

Best price, and Dr. Mongkul was very responsive to my questions through WhatClinic.

So after a very informative email from Dr Mongkol on the procedures available I opted for the Composite Veneers due to time constraint. His driver, Mr Sunshine, collected me from my Hotel and true to his name he really is a ray of sunshine! The procedure was done and through out the procedure I was informed on a step-by-step basis of what they were doing. The staff are all very helpful and super good in their work. I am so happy with my results that I am planning to take my husband there to have his teeth done as well.

I chose BFC dental as Dr. Mongkol came back to me with the most informative information on procedures available for the amount of time I had. The dental center is beautiful and the staff all very helpful and professional.

Contacted the clinic on the Friday from Australia who assured me all my work could be finished in four days. Three crowns, two abutments, two 2 crowns to finalize implants. Booked my flight and hotel the next day (Saturday), and was sitting in the dentist chair on Monday morning. It is now four days later, and all work has been completed at a fraction of Australia's prices. Great professionalism, true to the quotes I was given. The service at BFC dental was outstanding. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to their driver, Mr. Sunshine, who looked after me and calmed me before my visits (four in total).

Initially chose this clinic due to my time frame, and also top reviews by other clients. All I can say is a huge thank you. No hesitations to recommend BFC to anyone thinking of combining a holiday and treatment for much less than what it would cost in Australia. Excellent!

Treatment for implants, whitening, and repair of teeth.
Dr Mongkol is absolutely first rate. He carries out the implants. Others there excellent too. Very much recommend. The driver will collect you and look after you too. Costs very fair and overall everything was just fine.

I was there for a total of five hours and rate it all excellent.
Just check the reception desk know what they are doing which they did not when I was there, asking me whether I had paid immediately after a 3 hour implant session and demanding proof...not good enough!

This is my third extremely successful overseas trip to visit this Dentist. I have had root canals, implants and crowns as well as a tooth extraction. Dr Mongkok and his team to be very professional and hygienic. It was very convenient be picked up and dropped off from my hotel. I would prefer to visit this Dentist rather than the Dentist I visit back home due to them being so thorough and also considerate. The prices were always what they quoted and I couldn't be happier. I will be returning next year for another implant and porcelain veneers.

The Doctor was very efficient & friendly, his explanation for his recommended treatment was concise & informative. The final treatment & result was more than I hoped for & was extremely happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend BFC Dental Clinic to anyone.
