I had been diligently looking for a dentist for my husband in Amman where he has just moved. When my husband arrived The office staff and Dr Bassim were very welcoming. I had arranged for an appointment for a routine cleaning where he had a thorough cleaning and was very pleased with all the knowledge and care. Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. Additionally, he was able to work with my schedule and fit several appointments in timely. A very happy patient and plan on returning -- even when not working in Jordan
They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.
Dr. Jacobson, I have to tell you that I have waited close to 50+ years to find a dentist I can say I have no fear towards and whom I absolutely adore, and that dentist is YOU. I needed 2 fillings and you worked on me gently and were amazing. You made me feel comfortable and I never felt a thing. You put me at ease, and your ladies who work alongside you are incredible. Oct/18 had a root canal, 2 crowns, 2 fillings done by Dr Jeff Khoury. I'm very happy so far with the work. He was prompt and knew his craft very well (although fast too forceful with the drill). Assistants were friendly. One assistant (didn't get her name) wasn't cooperative but Dr Jeff corrected the problem after I insisted that I speak with him.
A huge thank you to Dr Benjamin and his team. I am working in Israel and had an abscess on a back tooth which was giving me a lot of pain. I attended Pearl Dental Practice and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dr Benjamin was reassuring, told me what needed done and sorted out the pain quickly.
