I had been diligently looking for a dentist for my husband in Amman where he has just moved. When my husband arrived The office staff and Dr Bassim were very welcoming. I had arranged for an appointment for a routine cleaning where he had a thorough cleaning and was very pleased with all the knowledge and care. They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.
Oct/18 had a root canal, 2 crowns, 2 fillings done by Dr Jeff Khoury. I'm very happy so far with the work. He was prompt and knew his craft very well (although fast too forceful with the drill). Assistants were friendly. One assistant (didn't get her name) wasn't cooperative but Dr Jeff corrected the problem after I insisted that I speak with him.
A huge thank you to Dr Benjamin and his team. I am working in Israel and had an abscess on a back tooth which was giving me a lot of pain. I attended Pearl Dental Practice and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Dr Benjamin was reassuring, told me what needed done and sorted out the pain quickly.
