The office was very nice, clean and Covid friendly. Everyone was very friendly. My front tooth was missing an old filling and was also chipped. I was very apprehensive when I arrived. The doctor and assistant were very nice and professional. She answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything else. She did a wonderful job, my teeth have never looked so perfect! I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

My Dr. Joshua is very thorough and professional. I’ve had extensive dental work including implants. Today I went for a checkup and wisdom tooth pulled. Met at the border by the Dr’s assistant, Alex, who drove us to the very nice new office. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. When the visit was complete, he drove us back to the boarder.

The team at Dr . Implant we're wonderful and professional and they provided excellent service! My 13-year-old had minimal pain and no swelling which is rare for 5 extractions! Highly worth the travel and the cost was affordable!
