Perfect Smile Dental Implant Center

I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days.

It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices,

I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

I haven't been paid anything or given any discounts for my review but when I say they are amazing, I mean it. I had read all of the reviews & still was a little apprehensive but I had 3 video consults to answer all of my questions and make me feel more at ease. Juan picked me up right across the border and from the minute I met him I felt better. Priscilla, Dr Erick and all the staff were great. Very professional and thorough. Dr Erick and his assistant made sure I had no pain and kept making sure I was OK. I had 7 teeth removed, implants on the lower jaw, and a top partial. It was a very long procedure but worth it. If you are looking for a good place to have your work done in Mexico, look no further.

Side note... their prices can't beat!!! I have been researching places for a year and the way they include all your work together instead of pricing out everything separate, made things much easier.

I was very impressed by Ray who I consulted with before I flew down to San Diego. I went across the border they took care of my Transportation. Was put me in a really nice hotel for very reasonable price and when I got to the dentist office I was so impressed by their high technology of everything it was a little longer in the process to do the initial consultation however their staff was amazingly professional they took care of my problem checked with director lots of x-rays they are very thorough and very kind. I felt very safe there as being a woman by myself and I will be going back there again. As far as I'm concerned they are my new dentist. Thank you to all of the staff there taking care of me!

I get nervous on any dental procedure but this visit was unusually different experience for me. The staff made me very relaxed and calm throughout the procedure (crown replacement). The pricing is very reasonable (half of what my american dentist would charge me) yet the quality of work and professionalism are comparable and superb. Dr. Christian and his lady assistant did an impressively splendid job ... I am very happy with the result because of my confident smile!

The clinic is very clean (that probably made it conducive to a relaxed environment) and has the most advanced dental equipment. I would definitely have my next dental procedure(s) in this clinic, for sure.

I did quite a bit of research on dentist in Mexico and settled on Perfect Smile Dental because of reviews initially. I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done. 3 implants, 3 bone graphs, 4 extractions among other things. In the states this would have been upwards of about $20,000. Here it was about 1/3 of that. From the very beginning they were overy friendly and asked very question that I had. Priscila was my initial contact setting up my appointment and she did a great job and set my mind at ease. When I showed up for my appointment everyone was very friendly. My dentist Jacob went over every option with my budget. We settled on 4 extractions and 1 bone graph and returning later for the implants. I can say that I was blown away with the quality of care that I was given from start to finish. Sophia was his assistant and was also wonderful. They are very sterile and have state of the art equipment. If you are considering a dentist in Mexico because of cost, do your research. But I can say that I am 51 and have been to several dentist in the states, some have been good and others have been horrible. Give Perfect Smile Dental a call and see what they have to say. Perfect Smile Dental is now my dentist.

This was in incredible experience!! Got picked up via shuttle on the USA side sent by Perfect Smile. Border crossing was fast and easy. The staff at Perfect Smile were extremely friendly upon arrival. Was taken immediately and got A+++ service.
I would highly recommend Perfect Smile dentist to everybody.
Will definitely go back there to get more dental work in the future.

The clinic is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and informative. I was given a complete treatment plan but Dr was not pushy.Will come back for more dental treatments soon

I had fillings replaced, crowns and root canal on several teeth. The exam and service is as good as any in the US but far less expensive. The dentist is very skilled and all the staff speaks great English.

My friend referred me and it was worth the trip !!! The equipment is state of the art and the office is very clean. They pick you up on the US side and get you thru the border hassle free and will take you back or to a hotel.

Crown Lengthening and CEREC all ceramic crowns from canine to canine, periodontal maintenance, composites.
I definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and other people just for the simple fact that the service was excellent and the staff was very professional.

I had been neglectful of my teeth. I was told by my San Diego dentist that I needed implants. She referred me to a dental surgeon in San Diego and the price he quoted me was more than I could afford. I began asking people I knew if they could refer me to a dentist in Tijuana. Perfect Smile Dental was highly recommended and where I had five teeth extracted, bone grafting, implants, crowns on four existing teeth and cleanings. All procedures were done professionally by experienced dentists surgeons and dental assistants.

I am a 67 year old female and at first I was kind of frightened to enter into Mexico by myself and go to an unknown, although highly recommended, dental clinic. My Spanish is poor and I was afraid I would not be understood nor understand anyone. I was very pleasantly surprised that everyone speaks perfect English and this is a safe and secure area.

I totally recommend Perfect Smile Dental. From the moment I am picked up by the driver on the American side of the border, I feel safe and taken care of. The drive from the border to the clinic is short and expertly handled by Arturo. The office staff is welcoming and the office and facilities are clean. That's the first impression. From there I have been expertly taken care of by caring, professional and excellent dentists, surgeons and technicians. All the equipment is superior to any I have seen in the States.

Your calls will be handled and returned by a professional dentist and that is very comforting to be able to talk about your procedures with someone who actually understands and can explain what is going on instead of a receptionist or customer service person who does not have the experience to handle your concerns.

Overall, I would briefly say, come here for dental work and bring your friends and family. I will continue to come here for dental work although I am moving over 2,000 miles (over 3,000 kilometer) northeast of this clinic. The work is excellent and much less costly than the same work done in the States.

I needed a root canal on a molar in the very back of my mouth and then a crown. They did a complete exam, pics and xrays upon arrival, walked me through everything they recommended. I decided to stick with the original treatment of 1 root canal and 1 crown, all done on the same day. It was a long day but I was relaxed and didn't feel a thing. Sore mouth at the end of the day, but by the next morning 75% of the soreness was gone and by the 3rd day I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Total cost for root canal and same day crown was 1050.00

The clinic itself, was clean and as modern as any dental office I have been to here in Alaska. The crown looks better and feels better then the one I had done locally. The entire staff was wonderful, from the driver that picked me up to the reception staff, the endondist who did the root canal and everyone else that was involved. Not a smidge of nervousness.
