I needed 7 crowns, 2 for cosmetic reasons and the other 5 to replace very old fillings. The price is definitely more competitive than that in the USA even with dental insurance. The speed of delivery of service and the quality of the work is superb. I had visited another clinic upon a friend recommendation, but this time I did my research and found that Urzola clinic is one of the best 5 in Costa Rica. And it stands up to its reputation. From the time I sent an email inquiring about the clinic I was followed with curtesy and all my questions were answered. I even received a personal call from Dr. Urzola to discuss my plan of care ahead of time, and he was on vacation with his family!! The equipment is state of the art even though in a modest building. But that didn’t bother me. I concentrate on technique and professionalism. The rest is just gravy.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

This physician is amazing. My wife and I literally fly from Atlanta, Ga. To San Jose almost every time we have a dental issue. He may be the most knowledgeable and compassionate physician I have ever met. It’s also a great opportunity to take a vacation and explore the beautiful country of Costa Rica.
