Op. Dr. Tulga

was born in 1984 in the city of Edirne. From a very young age, he showed a great interest in the medical field, completing his primary, secondary, and high school education in Edirne. Standing out as a successful student, Dr. Tulga entered the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2002. During the six years he spent in medical school, he had the opportunity to learn the complexities of the medical world and developed academically. He successfully graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2008 and, in the same year, began his residency at the Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital of the Ministry of Health. During his residency, he interned in various clinics and hospitals, gaining extensive knowledge and practical experience. After this intense and challenging training period, he earned the title of Specialist Physician in 2014, taking an important step in his medical career. Since the beginning of his professional life, Dr. Tulga has strived to offer the best care to his patients. Always closely following scientific advancements and constantly updating himself, Dr. Tulga participates in various congresses and seminars to increase his knowledge and experience. Additionally, he is dedicated to applying innovations in the health field, aiming to provide modern and effective treatments to his patients. Dr. Tulga crowns his professional successes with the ethical values he possesses and his deep respect for human beings.

Dr. Mehmet completed his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine of Marmara University. In 2012, he received training from various academics and specialized doctors at the Faculty of Medicine of Federico II University in Naples for a period of 6 months. In 2014, he successfully passed the medical specialization exam (TUS) and began his specialization training at the Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic of Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul. He successfully completed his specialization training in 2020.

Dr. Mehmet has presented numerous oral and poster presentations at national and international seminars, congresses, and sessions. Moreover, his publications can be found in peer-reviewed journals, both national and international. Over the years, Dr. Mehmet has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing his knowledge and expertise in his field. He has actively participated in various professional development opportunities, ensuring that he remains at the forefront of the latest advancements in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
