I had a breast lift and implant surgery at Aktif International Hospitals. I am very grateful to my doctor Halil Kanlıkama and assistants Nuvar , Selina , and Kübra. I am satisfied with the results. Nuvar was the person who greeted me at the airport. We first went to the hospital and saw my room. After settling in I met my doctor and we prepared for the next morning. My tests and examinations were done on the day I arrived. On the morning of the surgery, Nuvar and Selina woke me up. Holding their hands, I went into the operating room. They were not just assistants but also like psychologists. After the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for 3 more days and rested for 2 days at the hotel. During my stay at the hotel, Nuvar visited me every day to check on how I was doing. The transfer processes were comfortable, and we had no issues. I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant in travelling so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organized and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again

A year ago, I underwent surgery with Dr. Tuna, and I believe it was the best decision I have ever made. I had both my breasts and nose done by him, and the results were truly remarkable – very natural, just as I had requested. His treatment of patients is exceptional, and his professionalism and patience make one feel comfortable, which fosters a sense of trust.

I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in her work. Not only did her pre-care conversations help to put me at ease, they gave me the best possible results in the end. I wanted a serious breast reduction, Dr Afet managed my expectations about the size I could achieve at the weight I was and guided me through what I would need to do to achieve my goals. Choosing Dr. Afet was a decision I'm grateful for; my recovery has been remarkably smooth. I feel exceptionally confident and healthy, engaging in activities like running and exercising, which I hadn't done in years. Remarkably, my scars have nearly vanished just six months post-surgery. I really really recommend this nose specialist! Everything was so nice, the doctor really listened to what your wishes were, and the first visit to the clinic was really welcoming! The simulation, how they take care of you is really amazing! The operation also went really easy, I felt 0 pain, even no sickness from narcose. And the most important part is that I'm already happy with my results!! Also, Basak was really the best coordinator ever. She is so kind and helps with every question.
