The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly cleanCeline, Ireland, 01 07 24

I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.

So far, so goodAnne, Ireland, 06 10 19

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

I could not recommend the practitioner and his staff highly enoughJOHN, Ireland, 12 08 24

I could not recommend Patrick and his staff highly enough, I attended the clinic in Dec 2021. Patrick identified a seriously concerning mole, and surgically removed it immediately. It was biopsied at SVUH, where stage 1B malignant melanoma was confirmed. Patrick followed up tirelessly with St Vincents to ensure that the necessary surgery and treatment took place as quickly as possible, it was the period of covid. SVUH Dermatology Dept were amazing. the additional surgery and testing confirmed that all of the cancer had been removed with no spread. Patrick's prompt intervention saved my life. lovexxx

Light Chemical Peel €150 - €300
Chemical peels have been used for over 100 years to create an even and controlled shedding of built up or damaged skin cells. A chemical peel involves using a solution applied to the skin to remove dead skin cells which stimulates the production of new skin cells. It unblocks pores, tightens the skin, reduces wrinkling, reduces superficial pigmentation and restores a more youthful appearance.
Chemical Peel from €200
A chemical peel is the application of an acid to the skin to achieve a controlled burn to the top layers of skin. Chemical peels are used to remove fine lines, especially around the mouth small scars discolorations such as freckles or liver spots areas of sun damaged skin and spots of precancerous keratoses. Peels can be applied to the whole face or to an isolated area, such as the upper lip. A full-face peel is usually done as a separate procedure before or after a face lift or eyelid surgery. However, if only a small area is being treated, the peel may be done at the same time as the surgical procedure. Chemical peels cannot be done around the eyes. The type and concentration of acid controls the depth of the burn used to achieve superficial, medium, and deep peels.
Medium Chemical Peel from €200
During a medium chemical peel: Your doctor will use a cotton-tipped applicator or gauze to apply a chemical solution containing trichloroacetic acid, sometimes in combination with glycolic acid. The treated skin will begin to whiten. After a few minutes, your doctor will apply cool compresses to soothe treated skin. You might also be given a hand-held fan to cool your skin. No neutralizing solution is needed, however. You might feel stinging and burning for up to 20 minutes.
