I have been to see this beautiful lady twice now and have had 2 treatments. Going to talk to someone about your inner most insecurities is an already daunting experience. However, I have went further and not only laid out all my insecurities to Juliah but I now also trust her knowledge and skills indefinitely. She not only is truly fantastic at what she does, her knowledge is boundless as she is the first to truly give me any noticeable results in years within such a short time. Juliah also, actually cares and does not treat for the sake of treating, she is results driven. I am truly excited for my next visit and what we can achieve. I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.

I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I visited the clinic twice and I was satisfied each time. The doctor diagnosed my problems well, he explained everything and I got a good medicine. The first time I had perioral dermatitis (misdiagnosed and treated by another doctor). Now I have dermatitis between my toes. At first I thought I had a fungal infection because it is in the same place, so I used the wrong medicine (including google search ideas...). In both cases, the wrong treatment before going to the clinic made my problem worse. A few years ago I found a very positive clinic review on some forum, so I ended up there.

Such a gentle and understanding Doctor, Dr Sonja made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that I was being heard and not wasting anyone's time. I am so happy I chose to keep this appointment ( which I had been tempted to cancel as I really didn't want to create a fuss - surely it was just Menopause and there was nothing I could do about it!) I came away after the most thorough consultation I have ever had and much more reassured that there is an explanation for everything. I'm in a much happier place today. Thank you Dr Sonja.
