Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

I have already undergone surgery twice at Dr Subjected to Toncic. I had a breast reduction more than ten years ago and a full facelift (neck and face) seven weeks ago. Both times the decision to undergo such a surgical procedure was not easy for me and I hesitated for a long time before weighing up all the advantages and possible risks, even if they were minimal. Especially during the second operation, I needed more time and Dr. Dinko Toncic was available to answer all my questions at any time, whether in an on-site consultation or via WhatsApp (since I come from abroad), and thus support me in my decision-making process. Today I am incredibly happy that I decided to have these operations. Both operations are possible thanks to the excellent professional knowledge and experience of both doctors, Dr. Rajko Toncic and Dr. Dinko Toncic and the professionalism of the entire team, went completely smoothly and to my complete satisfaction. From the first contact to the final check, I was looked after extremely professionally but also warmly by the entire team and I felt absolutely safe and in good hands. Despite the initial pain, which you naturally experienced immediately after such an operation and which subsided very quickly, I felt very comfortable and in good hands during my stay in the clinic. The clinic is beautifully and modernly furnished and there is a warm atmosphere. Many thanks to Dr. Rajko and Dr. Dinko Toncic and the whole team and especially big thanks to Dr. Dinko Toncic, who looked after me so professionally during the last operation and afterwards and carried out the full facelift to my complete satisfaction. Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. I am going to Dr. Burcu Isik Yesilova’s clinic regularly for the last 4-5 years and she is really amazing! It is totally worth to travel from Switzerland to Istanbul every time. I had Thread Lifting treatment 2 years ago, still works and I have regular anti-wrinkle injections and Filling treatments which are very natural and effective! We have just returned to the UK after my husband experiencing a nasty fall. We went to the accident and emergency department where they treated his badly wounded thumb, and trauma to the side of his face. He was quite poorly as he is elderly and they decided to admit him for observation. They carried out many tests including CT scans and reassured us that he would recover. We consequently had to go every other day for dressing changes to his thumb, and were treated throughout by a quick professional team of doctors and nurses. We also had the service of a young English woman called Jess who translated everything the doctors told us. All in all, it was horrible experience made better by their professionalism. I would recommend anyone who has the misfortune to need hospital treatment, to use them if you are in Fethiye or surrounding areas. Well done Esnaf!

I am so pleased I went ahead with this surgery. It was relatively painless and has improved my face (and confidence) a lot.
