5 50 BBL - Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Lift, Treatment for Wrinkles, Butt Implants

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. Placement: Implants can be placed under the pectoralis muscle or over the muscle. No technique is better than the other and the choice is made accordingly to the physical characteristics of the patient, the desired size and result. Hatzipieras Plastic Surgery doctors are trained to evaluate and choose accordingly the most suitable technique that will offer to each patient the optimum result.

Implants: We now have two types of implant shapes, the round ones and the anatomical ones. Each type must have the right indication to be used. The choice of the implant shape is mainly decided by the experienced doctors of Hatzipieras Plastic Surgery accordingly to the result desired by the patient. Breast Lift

Breast lift is needed when the place of the nipple is low compared to the submammary fold. There are several Grades and Types of breast ptosis. So a patient can have ptosis when the nipple is at the level of submammary fold or lower and when the  nipple is facing downwards. A woman can have also a condition called pseudoptosis, where the nipple is at the right height but the mammary gland (volume of the breast) is all concentrated on the lower part of the breast, hanging lower than the fold.

 

Technique: According to the Grade and Type of ptosis, one technique is indicated. We have the Donut mastopexy thechnique, where the scar is placed only around the areola. This is minimum scar technique and is indicated for small ptosis. The Lollipop technique has a scar arround the areola and plus one vertical towards the submammary fold, indicated for medium grade ptosis. The Inverted T technique has a round scar a vertical to the submammary fold and an horizontal one. All scars are placed to be hidden inside the bra.

Breast Reconstruction

Oncoplastic Surgery: Is done after a simple tumor excision (lumpectomy), in order to rearrange the breast tissue so it keeps its natural shape. Several techniques are indicated according to the place and the size of the breast tumor.

 

Two stage Reconstruction with Implants

: After a mastectomy surgery and usually when no radiation therapy is needed. At the time of mastectomy a temporary implant- expander is placed under the skin of the affected breast. This implant is inflated gradualy during 2 to 3 months to reach the desired breast volume expanding the overlying skin. At  a second procedure  the expander is replaced with a permanent, anatomical silicon implant to give the desired final shape.

 

Autologous Tissue Reconstruction: Indicated when radiation has damaged the remaining breast skin and skin expantion is not possible or safe. Tissue from the back or the abdomen is harvested and transfered to the mastectomy site, with or without an implant to give the desired shape.

 

Refining Tools: Several refining techniques exist to achieve symmetry, to restore the breast contour and skin softness and elasticity, to correct unpleasant scars . The most popular is fat grafting. Tattooing of the aerea and new nipple formation are esential for the finalisation of a pleasant result.

Inverted Nipple Surgery

Inverted Nipple Surgery - Hatzipieras Plastic Surgery

Inverted Nipples are a very common deformity of the breast and reffers to the lack of projection of the nipple. It occures to one out of ten women, and it can be bilateral or unilateral. According to the gravity of the problem it may affect breast feeding or not, and can be categorized into grades.

 

 Grade 1 refers to nipples that can easily be pulled out, by using finger pressure around the areola. The Grade 1 inverted nipple maintains its projections and rarely retracts. 

 Grade 2 is the nipple which can be pulled out, though not as easily as the Grade 1 inverted nipple but which retracts after pressure is released. Breast feeding could be possible even though it is more likely to be either very difficult or impossible.

 Grade 3 describes a severely inverted and retracted nipple which can rarely be pulled out physically and which requires surgery in order to be protracted. Milk ducts are often constricted and breast feeding is impossible. People with Grade 3 inverted nipples may also struggle with infections, rashes, or problems with nipple hygiene. 

The correction of an inverted nipple is done with a minor surgical intervention, under local anesthesia. Two different techniques are used, depending on the grade of the inversion, the age of the patient and the possibility to breast feed.

Liposuction

Liposuction is the surgical fat removal of local excess fat. It is the ideal and only treatment for local fat. It is indicated not to loose weight but to restore the lines of the body and remove the unsymmetricaly concentrated fat in certain areas. In this areas shown on the right the fat can have a lower metabolic rate and blood flow. That makes it easy to gain fat but very hard to loose it. With liposuction we remove a big amount of fat cells that never grow back. So the "storage cells" of fat become less in the treated areas. Not only the volume is restored but the fat does not continue to accumulate at the specific problematic areas. The results are permanent. If after that the patient gains weight, he takes it harmonicaly, keeping his silhouette.
