r. Thompson has spent over 35 years in the medical device industry. Prior to joining ReShape Medical, he served as the Founder, President and CEO of Luminous Medical Inc, an innovative in-line glucose monitoring company based in Carlsbad, California. Prior to Luminous Medical, Mr. Thompson spent over ten years building Aradigm Corporation, a drug delivery company. He joined Aradigm in 1994 as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board after thirteen years at LifeScan, A Johnson & Johnson Company. Mr. Thompson co-founded LifeScan as a venture backed start-up in 1981. After the acquisition by Johnson & Johnson, he became President of LifeScan in 1991 while building the company to worldwide leadership in its field. Mr. Thompson is currently a member of the board at Intuity Medical Inc. and Asante Solutions Inc. Mr. Thompson holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from California Lutheran University.

Dr. Lehmann is a physician and medical device industry executive and consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. Dr. Lehmann currently heads Lehmann Consulting, LLC founded in 1996, providing a wide range of strategic, advisory, and implementation services regarding IDE clinical trials for PMA devices, product development, due diligence, and commercial activities support for large and small medical industry and investment clients. Prior to forming Lehmann Consulting, he held the positions of Group Medical Director and VP, Medical Affairs for Cardiology and New Ventures Divisions for C.R. Bard. Dr. Lehmann has a decade of academic medical practice and hospital administration. Dr. Lehmann received his BA and MPH degrees from Harvard and an MD degree from Tufts, trained at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and was a Fellow at MIT. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and holds over two dozen US and international patents for medical devices.

Ms. Mooney has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining ReShape Medical, Ms. Mooney served for seven years as the Vice President of Regulatory, Clinical & Quality for USGI Medical, a developer of devices for incisionless surgery. Prior to USGI Medical, Ms. Mooney held the position of Vice President of Regulatory, Clinical & Quality for SenoRx, a company focused on minimally invasive devices for the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Her regulatory and clinical experience also includes senior management positions with several cardiovascular and surgical device manufacturers. From 2001 to 2005, she served as the industry representative on the FDA Obstetrics and Gynecology Devices Advisory Panel. Ms. Mooney holds an MS in Biomedical Science from Drexel University and a BA in Biology from La Salle University.
