First class experience all the way. From the moment I enquired to the airport pick up, to the hospital/surgery and aftercare everything was 5 stars. I had a gastric sleeve op. on the 1st november '22. Was well informed by staff and had a videocall with Dr. Gungor Gul, for I was a bit nervous before leaving for Istanbul Turkey. I booked for gastric bypass and my medical consultant informed me in detail. My doctor was very competent and relieved my concerns. After surgery I was checked on regularly, the nurses were all so friendly and supportive. My hotel room was very cozy. I’m now ten days post op and will be flying home tonight and I feel good. I was very impressed with the high quality and equipment of the hospital. Most of the nurses speak or understand English a little. The doctor, however, is really fluent in English and very knowledgeable. Their service is at the highest level
