The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I would recommend them any day based on my experience.

I had VASER liposuction on gynecomastia, stomach and love handles at Vanity Clinic by Dr Aloer and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. After years of being unhappy with the way I looked despite dieting and exercising I decided I need to do something about it. I had a lot of hesitation and fear about liposuction and plastic surgery, especially as a medical tourist because of all the horror stories I read online. The whole experience with Vanity clinic was 10/10. Zeliha, the patient coordinator was professional, incredibly patient, very responsive and very kind through the whole process, she said hello to me before the procedure and offered her help whenever I asked for it. Fatih coordinated the process for me when I was in Istanbul and he made me feel very comfortable and supported, he answered any questions I had and made sure the process was incredibly smooth. I really liked his personal approach. Dr Alper listened to me and informed me of his plan for me and how to achieve it. His post-op care was amazing and although I am only few days after I am already very satisfied with the results. He did all I would expect a plastic surgeon to do and more, I would highly recommend him. The clinic itself is very modern and clean. Reception staff were professional, pharmacist was very helpful and kind too. I had to stay overnight in the hospital and the nurses were amazing, they didn’t speak English but I was able to communicate my needs to them and they took great care of me. Nothing I asked of them was too much, I am really grateful for all they did. For anyone considering plastic surgery in Istanbul I would highly recommend this clinic. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to the London clinic and was super happy with tori Berndt my nurse at the clinic. She does Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers for me, and the treatment was very secure and knowledgable. I live in London and that makes it very easy for me. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very good. Also the give you deals as a regular client.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.
