I can say that the clinic is quite successful. However, the fact that I had treatment with curebooking made me more satisfied, of course. If you are going to receive treatment at a clinic in Turkey, do so with a healthcare provider. Curebooking offered many quotes and treatment plans for me, so I chose the appropriate one. Afterwards, they took care of me both during and after the treatment. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten such good treatment without them. However, you should know that if you are going to receive treatment in Turkey or in another country, make sure that there is a bridge between you and the place where you will receive treatment. Thus, bad treatments and treatment will be as far away from you.

They made my reservation after I bought my plane ticket. When I arrived in Istanbul, they warmly welcomed me with a Mercedes vehicle and allowed me to stay at the hotel in the city center. My operation started 16th on March 2022. First, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic for the operation. I met the doctor and first we determined my hairline together as I wanted. The operating room was very clean. The doctor and team were very friendly and professional. My operation took about 8 hours. My preference was the DHI method, 4200 grafts were implanted. The next day, after resting, they picked me up again from the hotel and took me to the clinic, washed my head, and removed the bandages. They tell me how to wash my hair when I return to my country. They explained in detail how I should take my medicines.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, I work away so they had to book me in at last minute, nothing was a problem for this clinic. A taxi driver holding my name was at the airport, he took me to my hotel where I met Asli, a very nice young lady. She told my the itinerary and was always there before I was to pick me up and drop me off where ever I needed to go. Everything was planned perfectly. I had FUE hair and beard transplant with them and then refractive lens replacement which they sourced out the best professor to do the operation. Highly recommend you use these people if you want anything done in Turkey. My friend had teeth and hair done 2 years ago and he’s also very happy. They are very good at what they do at that is FUE hair transplant and plastic surgery. If you’re needing anything else they source the best people for the operation. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.
