Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I am glad I had the team I did in there. I did my surgery on Monday the 6th and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t used a single pain pill provided to me (they are optional). All the post-op instructions are clear and the YouTube videos are also very helpful. I am recommending Dr. Cinik’s clinic to any and all friends or colleagues who are interested in hair transplant surgery. The beauty of Istanbul is an added plus. I underwent gastric sleeve surgery on October 30, 2023. I'm now back home in Germany and I'm doing very well. The stay at Anatolia was very pleasant. Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results: From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less grafts Aftercare: I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Done my SMART FUE with Glojas, everything under control. I can see some hair starts to grow even after 2 months. I am following Dato Dr Jas protocol and come for the follow up. I had 2 sessions of Colonic Hydrotherapy to kick start my health journey. The lady was lovely. We went through a consultation on the first appointment and she talked me through everything to put me at ease. I suffer from chronic anxiety and generally not in great health in terms of diet. I feel refreshed, healthier and even have so much more energy. I was given advice on vitamins and general health tips which really help me move forward on my journey.
