Initial visit and examination, need to take 11 FOV 9x12 3D CBCT or doctor to determine right dental procedure. I choose this clinic because is closest to my apartment. Clinic is nice, clean and in equipped with impressive instruments. Doctor was very helpful in explaining about procedure for dental implants. Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant dental experience I especially recommend a visit from those of a nervous disposition because you will not regret it. I was visiting Florence, from America. We took a Vespa tour outside the city and I skidded on rocks and smashed my face on the road breaking two of my front teeth. I contacted Dr Floria that afternoon. He emailed me right back asked me for a photo of the teeth and said he could see me the following day at 9 am. He had come in on his day off and took care of me without an assistant. He was wonderful. I was leaving Florence for Rome the following day so the plan we made was a temporary one to get me home. I was happy with the result and am able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I am so grateful I found Dr Floria and would highly recommend him.
