I'm now very happy with my new smile. I had a smile makeover with zirconium crowns. They provided a great service at a reasonable price. It's great to be able to smile with confidence. I had no problems communicating with my dentist. There was no need to translate anything as she was fluent in English. It was a fairly straightforward procedure and I was able to choose and decide everything. My treatment was completed in five days. All transfers and bookings were well organised. Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.

The professionalism at Rose Dental was exceptional! They work well as a team (mostly apart from some communication issues) and Dr Quang was exceptional in his treatment and absolute attention to every detail to make sure my teeth and my bite were to his satisfaction. All the staff were very knowledgeable about the procedures and Moon on Reception always follows up.
